Biden will be gone shortly after the midterms. They are using Biden to enact every single unpopular executive action. Then Kamala will be put in. Biden will have already done his damage. She won't have to do them. Then the plan is to have her president for 10 years. Obama and Rice are pulling the strings.

No, I don't think he's acting like a dictator. I think he's not even POTUS. Not just that he stole the election, which he did, but he isn't even POTUS. He seems like he's going through the motions but there's no leadership or drive there. He's making stupid executive orders that cna be struck down at the drop of a hat and will not impact anybody negatively. Like he's just putting on an act. Not that he's a puppet like we knew he'd be, but he's no longer even that. I think he's agreed to fake this presidency until they reveal its all a sham.
