If you are single or a dual-income responsible couple you get a crumb. Seniors on fixed incomes will get a crumb also.
I wonder how they keep that one-interest rate policy scam going with hyper-inflation. Many poor families with kids are going to have a fortune like they have never seen before while singles, dual-income no kids couples, seniors get a huge amount of inflation.

I will never understand why they just don’t give the stimulus money to a bigger share of the population. The govt has never shown us that they care about budget. Yet, they insist on giving the helicopter money to those who get the most taxpayer-funded services already and pay the least in taxes. When the Repubs that they don’t want the “rich people” to get stim money, the Dems quickly cave in and don’t even put up a defense.
And then of course the crony capitalists that they roll over for!

I hope he still has a some money left over to pay for all the outstanding $$$tudent loan debt. While we are at it, lets not forget to set aside some pocket change for the bimonthly diversity parades originating down in central America and terminating 100 mile or so north of our southern border.
I'm looking at retiring in the next couple of years. Not sure just what to plan on now. The growth of the market under Trump has me in a much better position than I could have imagined 4 years ago-but Biden can trash that in a hurry, and the way he's going, he will. With the deficit spending we already did as part of Covid, combined with the handouts Biden is promising with no way to pay for, I don't see any way we don't hit hyper-inflation and interest rates not seen since Carter.
High interest rates will kill the housing market and also make our own gov't unable to service its debt. It would also make cash = king, but won't happen because of the above. If (and a big if), they throttle the interest rates (slightly) to keep things moving, we'll be ok regarding rates and the housing market.
What will kill the economy is commodity greed and speculation. For instance, steel and lumber has nearly doubled since Biden took office, and yet lumber is stacked 20' high to the ceiling now in the local big box stores and it's not moving. Building projects are going way overbudget and being postponed or cancelled and workers for those projects getting laid off.
