She said in a video that male blacks and hispanics are all part of gangs and that is their problem. It is not a white thing.
Where did she develop these ideas?
I haven't seen the video so don't know if what you are saying is true, but if she did say that perhaps she just misconstrued the stats which show approx 82% of all gang members are black or latino. 10% of gang members are white. When you consider the membership rates compared to total population, "it's not a white thing" is not correct in absolute terms, but in relative terms it's pretty close.
Her district seems to be most of NW Georgia, including Atlanta suburbs. The districts leans heavily Republican and pro Trump who carried the down ticket. Greene won 75% of the vote.
No clue if voters were aware she is a whack job or perhaps it did not matter given she was over the top, pro Trump.

But yes, she does seem like a lunatic.
FBI statistics define "organized crime enterprises" as separate entities
For example, Biker Gangs, drug gangs, and the mafia are not all actually gangs to the FBI.
So while drug gangs maybe 90% black and Latino, is that true of all organized crime ?
