Where should those elderly have gone after the hospitals kicked them out? Answer that and I will consider if Cuomo had any other options.
Right. Hospitals only keep someone for acute care and a diagnosis to match. Those in long term care are there for custodial care and do not qualify to stay in a hospital after the acute care is given.
Median stay in nursing home before death is 5 months.
65 % die within one year & over half or 53 % die within 6 months.
Cuomo is right it's all politics. Right wingers always need a boogey person or something to vent their anger at. If it's not Hillary...it's Cuomo. Yes Cuomo was smiling wanting to kill thousands of people. I knew it!!! just like Hillary...Cuomo is one of those evil Democrats! I really do care about those dead people while in the same sentence covid is a hoax or hospitals being paid for making every dealth covid...or Trump should have zero to blame. Not his fault. Go blame those Democrats cause you know Cuomo is the president.

Or Cuomo could have done what DeSantis did fudge the numbers. Keep them suppress. What people don't know will not hurt them. Will not shock me if we learn Florida numbers are not as DeSantis administration is saying it is.....that is if Democrats can get control of the state.

When someone can list what other viable options Cuomo had for the nursing home patients, I will agree. However, there were NONE other than to dump them on the streets or in a homeless shelter.
Or is this another partisan game where if it was my party it didn't happen but if it was the other party someone should go to jail?
