Hillarious, his 640 billion housing and 17 million housing vouchers would cover maybe a year of housing 17 million.

There is no chance of this policy because there is hardly any inventory in much of the country and Americans aren't moving to where there is inventory realistically.

There is very little inventory because of lumber is expensive from Democrats regulations, Copper and Steel are going to China and their economies.

There aren't really many with the health to go into construction these days. A majority of those in their 20s are already either obese, muscle problems from never excercising, have hay fever, asthma or mental health issues that cause a scarcity of construction workers.

There is extremely scarce housing inventory, that gets scarcer by the day.

Biden and his 17 million housing vouchers is just a fantasy. Even those making $200,000+ in many cities are in many cases only able to buy what a single manufacturing job would buy a generation thanks to regulations and housing scarcity.

Biden and his $15,000 advance for new home owners will just cause more competition and for prices to skyrocket even more than they are today.

The scarcity because of a generation of liberal environmentalism, zoning and zero-interest rate policies and lack of construction result will be either much more crowding or much more homeless and there isn't anything $15,000 or 17 million housing vouchers is going to do choose change trajectory.
