isn't he the guy that stands next to you when you speak and records what you say?

If it came to a choice of believing the average golf caddy (or stenographer) versus believing a CNN reporter, I would believe the caddy or stenographer. But then I would trust almost anyone more than I would trust a CNN reporter.
