And it is not good news.

Following link is by a Professor at the University of Washington and the woke culture in Seattle. Interesting read, well worth reading no matter where your political views are on the spectrum.

Yep, he has a pretty good blog on weather and did write a book on Northwest Weather.

From the article 509 linked:

Antifa and others participating in political violence were Trump’s most potent allies. So was the Seattle City Council.

I know several people who feel the same way. We were pissed when the governors allowed the rioting. Not that it compares to what happened at the Capital, but the rioters should have been shut down quickly.

The "defund the police" slogan is the fastest way to destroy the movement from the inside. I wonder if there was a right-wing plant who pushed for that?

Nope, I lived in Berkeley during the riots there.

Those people ARE REALLY THAT STUPID. Almost all were stupid, rich white kids pretending that they were cool. And lots of people got laid, during the riots. You know, all that excitement.

I was a poor immigrant with parents that couldn't read or write in any language.

I was attending UC Berkeley during those years. In the middle of a party, during the riots I was talking to another kid. He was going on and on about how he was participating in the riots.

I asked him, "Aren't you afraid of getting arrested and then having a hard time finding a job after you graduate?". He gave me a funny look and said "my father will always hire me".

Then and there I knew the difference between the Elites and normal folks.

For them "their father will always hire them". Life is different when your "special".

Are you kidding? How many billions of dollars worth of damage last summer? How many assaults? How many people killed? How many businesses destroyed and burned?

Tell you what, given the choice between all the lives that were ruined because of the riots last summer and having the capitol swept up by a giant tornado and 100% obliterated and leveled, I would pick the second option. Those were real people and real lives that were ruined last summer. Real businesses burned. Real people assaulted. On the other hand, the only thing that resides in DC swamp is a bunch of self-righteous, would-be royalty with a God complex. It would be no great loss if every last one of them spontaneously combusted right now.
