The specific rules of registering private property is irrelevant. The fact that registering private property is permissible, doable, and completely constitutional is the point. You can bring up any number of instances where something doesn't need to be registered, but the fact that we DO REGISTER CARS is proof that requiring registration for private property is NOT an infringement on any rights. Why are you having trouble understanding that?
