Why are you having trouble understanding that?

Because you don't have a constitutional right to drive a car.

Double duh

Neither of those examples are an infringement on ownership of firearms.

I haven't read the preceding 55 pages, but if you want to gauge this bill's likelihood of passing, note that it has exactly zero cosponsors.

A Democrat shot Steve Scalise, a member of Congress & others.

Therefore all Democrats are capable you say?

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A lone gunman who was said to be distraught over President Trump’s election opened fire on members of the Republican congressional baseball team at a practice field in this Washington suburb on Wednesday, using a rifle to shower the field with bullets that struck four people, including Steve Scalise, the majority whip of the House of Representatives.

Communists tend to be rather fond of gun control and confiscation. Mao and Stalin both had strong gun control laws and that didn't stop them from being some of the most prolific mass murderers in history. What gun control advocates don't understand is that disarming law abiding citizens doesn't mean disarming the people that want to murder you.

"Proposed Firearm Bill would make every gun owner register with the US govt. and ban certain firearms and ammo"

If true, I'm all for it. My only quarrel is the broad access to the database.
(It probably won't pass in this condition or version)

(B) ACCESS.—The Attorney General shall
16 make the contents of the database accessible to
17 all members of the public, all Federal, State,
18 and local law enforcement authorities, all
19 branches of the United States Armed Forces,
20 and all State and local governments, as defined
21 by the Bureau.

Yes sir, it's time to get the guns off the street, confiscate all the unregistered weapons and start issuing steep penalties to gun owners who do not obey the law. Slap the cuffs on em!

Well you can start with confiscating all the unregistered weapons owned by all the gangs in every city in America. Good luck with that. The minute it started it would be deemed racist. After that try disarming MS-13. Ha. Try confiscating all the illegally owned guns in Chicago and you're liable to get your head blown off.

No, you leftists would rather go after legal firearm owners because it fits your narrative and your twisted logic.

If you think firearm owners, LEGAL forearm owners, in states where there are no registration requirements are going to voluntarily give any information to the feds you are sadly mistaken.

All of empty suit Biden's BS about guns is a pipe dream to pacify the liberal snowflakes. It'll never go anywhere, just like every other gun regulation they tried.
