So then it makes it just like the average mag fed semi auto hunting rifle or shotgun. Prove me wrong.

Ive seen gang/drug related shootings in my area, that involve illegal full auto firearms.
Perhaps I spoke out of turn and mistook sarcasm for something else. That Being the case It seems we may be on the same page.

Which makes it a semi automatic sporting rifle.

More or less functionality identical to millions of other weapons that have been mass produced and sold in America since the early 20th century.

Guns that you used to be able to order from the Sears catalogue and have delivered to your home without a background check or any form of registration etc......no questions asked.

And yet there weren't people running around shooting up schools with them.

Imagine that......

It's almost like there's something else to blame besides the guns......

Twice. The House of Representatives of the United Stated of America impeached him two times.

that would be , because the military, in looking for a replacement weapon, looks at what is out there..and the CIVILIAN Armalite-15, being a modular design, was chose to be the weapon to be MILITARIZED

the fact is the ar-15 was/is a CIVILIAN hunting/sport weapon, well before the military converted it to become the M-16

Mom never taught you what "socialist" means did she?
Here's some questions for you;

Do you ever use public roads or highways, bridges and tunnels or highway rest stop?
Do you get your garbage picked up weekly and use the local landfill for it?
Have you or your kids ever gone to a public school, used a public park?
Do you have police and fire protection where you live?
Do you get mail in your mailbox?
Do you or will you collect SS and Medicaid?

Do you use a sewer system at all?
Do you rely on the FDA to keep food safe etc?
How about OSHA's protecting workers from workplace injuries?

If you said yes to even one of these or 75 more like them- YOU have used the dreaded "socialist" programs!!!

Socialism is taxpayer funds being used collectively to benefit society as a whole, despite income, contribution, or ability.
Sounds horrible, huh?

Well I hate to be the one to tell you, but Socialism, which you have been told to fear all your life, is responsible for all this! you wouldnt even have a free road to drive on were it not for socialism paying for the HIGHWAYS! The USA has been a socialist country for a LONG time.

You bring up 1928- GERMANY, a communist country run by a confirmed NUT case who adored Martin Luther's anti semetic writings and teachings and emulated them, google Martin Luther + The Jews & their Lies, here's an excerpt;

Quote:
Martin Luther is remembered as one of the most famous religious figures in history, considered to be the founder of Protestantism. However, there was a lesser known side of him, one that was dark and full of hatred. Unknown to popular knowledge, Luther wrote a treatise in 1543 titled On the Jews and Their Lies. In this 65,000-word document, he repeatedly attacks the Jews. The consequences of this treatise were far reaching, even extending into the present day, as his writings continue to be reproduced in pamphlets by neo-Nazi and anti-Semitic groups. More devastating, his writings were circulated during the most horrifying event of the 20th century: the Holocaust. Hitler himself named Luther as one of history’s greatest reformers in his novel, Mein Kampf.
Not only did Luther influence important Nazi officials, but it has been suggested that he also helped inspire certain major events during the Third Reich. One of these events was Kristallnacht. On this night, November 10th, 1938, Nazis killed Jews, shattered glass windows, and destroyed hundreds of synagogues. Bishop Martin Sasse, a leading Lutheran churchman, immediately saw the connection between this event and Luther’s writing. Shortly after the event, he published a compendium of Luther’s anti- Semitic works. In the foreword, he applauded the event, especially since it occurred on Luther’s birthday.

It wasn't "socialist Democratic" anything that caused all the problems in Germany, it was one screwball in power who was influenced by religious garbage written by a hateful anti semetic German professor of theology, priest, author, composer, Augustinian monk, seminal figure in the Reformation, ordained to the priesthood in 1507 and who advocated the destruction of Jews which is what Hitler admired and followed through on the teachings.

The CHURCH stood by and not only did NOTHING, they HELPED Hitler

Quote:
A few years later Hitler used that registry to confiscate the guns.
Quote:
Let's make something clear: The Nazis did deny guns specifically to Jews. But, given the size of their forces and their methods of confiscation and extermination, this is a trivial factor. The notion that it would have made any difference is unreasonable.
PolitiFact previously looked into the theory when Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson linked the Holocaust with U.S. gun control laws when he was running for president in 2015. We rated that claim False.

So how is it false? Let us explain.

First, strict German gun regulation was in place before Hitler rose to power and he later oversaw gun laws that loosened many firearm restrictions.

According to a 2004 analysis by Bernard Harcourt, a professor at Columbia University, after the Germany’s defeat in World War I, the Weimar Republic, the government that preceded Hitler’s, passed very stringent gun laws that essentially banned all gun ownership in an attempt to both stabilize the country and to comply with the Treaty of Versailles of 1919.
By the time the Nazi Party came around in the early 1930s, a 1928 gun registration law had replaced the total ban and, instead, created a permit system to own and sell firearms and ammunition.
But Dagmar Ellerbrock, an expert on German gun policies at the Dresden Technical University in Germany, told PolitiFact in 2015 that the order was followed "quite rarely, so that largely, only newly bought weapons became registered. At that time, most men, and many women, still owned the weapons they acquired before or during the first World War."
The Nazis used the records to confiscate guns from their enemies, but Ellerbrock also said the files included very few of the firearms in circulation and that many Jewish people and others still managed to stash away weapons into the late 1930s.
In 1938, the Nazis adopted the German Weapons Act, which "deregulated the acquisition and transfer of rifles and shotguns as well as ammunition," Harcourt wrote.

Under this law, gun restrictions applied only to handguns, permits were extended from one year to three years, and the legal age of purchase was lowered from 20 to 18.

To think when I call the Left Nazis I’m called a kook. I’ve been warning everyone but nobody wants to listen.

Sitting here I can say the "everyone" you were "warning" know best, and it's easy to see why they call you that and don't want to listen to rubbish, count me in with that "everyone" crowd!

Nope, they followed the LAW and circumstances, impeechment proceedings are REQUIRED when there is any evidence of wrongdoing and there's LOADS of it with that orange idiot!
Start with the RECORDED phone call trying to bribe then threaten an official in Georgia to "find" 11,780 votes and then LIE and reverse a lawful election! And then explain it by telling the public they "recalculated" the numbers!

Here ya go, just listen to the orange village idiot himself recorded LIVE on the phone attempting to overturn a freaking ELECTION!! definitely an impeechable offense, one of MANY on record;

Quote:
Jesse discusses and plays the audio of a phone call from Saturday, January 2, 2021during which Donald Trump threatens, harasses, intimidates, and attempts to pressure Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to fraudulently come up with 11,780 votes for him.

What I want to know is how many other incidents just like this has he done that were NOT recorded that we don't know about! In fact this recording never would have come out had he not threatened the man, that's when he made the recording PUBLIC!

Approximately half of all rifles manufactured in the US last year were AR-15's. And the demand doesn't seem to be slackening - if anything it's increasing. It's truly "America's Gun".

More than a few people snapping up all these AR's are probably people frightened by the months-long BLM riots and the Covid crisis. And some of these are folks who previously would never see themselves owning an AR-15, or any gun for that matter. And they're more than likely not eager to have their new guns banned or restricted, so it'll be interesting to watch going forward.

I thought an AR-15- owning Democrat was a contradiction in terms, but I met one at work. The Apocalypse is truly upon us

It’s the Bill of Rights, not the Bill Of Needs.

Democrats are always out to disarm law abiding citizens while the criminals will get their guns the same way they get their drugs.
