Although most in the GOP have chosen party over country, I am still hopeful for Trump to be our nation’s first pro se litigant in an impeachment trial.
I always find it amusing when the party of QAnon complains about a MSM reporter not identifying their source.
If Trump were actually burned at the stake, half the people here on CD would be cheering so loudly they would blow their vocal cords right out of their throats.
And that is quite telling.
As much as I hate leftist ideology, I don't want to see people killed and executed over it. I don't want revenge, I simply want to be left alone. I guess that is a big difference between the two "sides," and perhaps, unfortunately, a disadvantage for those of us who believe in liberty. Because, reading from history, it is quite clear that the "berserker warrior" has a distinct advantage in the battle. Look at the Vikings, kamikazes, Bolsheviks, Nazis, Pol Pot regime, NK, NVA, etc. He who has an army willing to do ANYTHING to win the battle march into battle with a distinct advantage.

These lawyers leaving raises a question whether Trump is mentally fit to assist his attorneys in his defense. If this were a regular trial such mental incompetence would get him a delay until his condition improved, if it ever did.

Its going to be hard to find someone to lie under oath for Trump. His niece said he is the only person she has seen who will gaslight themselves so it looks like he will play this out the very end. If he has to swear under oath to tell the truth and nothing but the truth its curtains for the GOP.
