Peter Strzok was fired from the FBI for improper use of his cell phone so now his wife with over 15 years at the SEC needs to be barred from promotion, for what reason. She was never convicted of any serious crimes and neither was her husband.
Strzok wrote the memo to reopen the Clinton email investigation, the right wing should love the guy.
After all the indictments and convictions in the Trump administration from all those questionable appointees this is a big issue. Barring a civil servant from promotion because her husband misused a government cell phone, give me a break.

If he lied under oat then he should have been charged, "appeared to be false" doesn't cut it and the rest is opinion. He was fired for his use of a cell phone, nothing else.
The difference is that the general philosophy of the "Trumplemmings" was that of individual liberty. The general philosophy of the Bidelemmings is that of subjugation, tyranny, and repression of the general populace--and of course, identity politics. I prefer the former to the latter.
