I dont blame Biden, the Pledge doesnt mean anything in the US today...I doubt there is many folks out there that still truly believe 'Liberty and justice for all'....its not that way in the US and hasnt been for some time.

Whats the point of reciting a bunch of words, if they dont mean anything or they are not accurate?

Default Democrats just voted against reciting the Pledge of Allegiance before committee hearings! Why?

Someone is embellishing. There was no vote.

Just matt gaetz virtue signaling.

They are the ideals and goals that we should all live by and strive for.

Maybe if it was recited enough the words would sink in and have an impact.

There is NOTHING odd about anything you cited! You know what's "odd" in the context of Human history?

It's called LIBERTY; FREEDOM; and the Constitution of the United States of America!!!

You are willing to *shrug* off all the DemocRATS effort to undermine all of it in SPITE of how much YOU enjoyed this RARE time in Humanity.

Just another demented avenger subverted demoralized zombie programmed to HATE YOUR OWN COUNTRY you are!

Man, people in here are certainly making a lot of replies, typing up a lot of words, and building more than a few strawmen to dance around and avoid having to admit that the situation was misrepresented and they were wrong.

I don't subscribe to the widespread election fraud story, but your claim that all allegations have been "proven false" is patently absurd. Why lie?

In answer to your question it is left that hates America or at least what it use to stand for.
Most of your post is an irrelevant deflection ^^^^^.

In no particular order of importance......

1. Irrespective of anything else, criticizing Trump in general, and re this recent election, doesn't make someone 'on the left', and Trump himself certainly hasn't conducted his life as a conservative.

2. Boss is correct re his point above, but...for argument's sake....let's say you are correct re the particular example that Boss gave. There are other examples that unquestionably prove Boss' point. Cadet Bonespurs is the standard bearer of his party, and only a 'leader' with contempt would stand with Putin over the U.S. Intelligence community:

https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/trump-...ence-1.4749482

Mainstream Trump supporters who haven't denounced a President who did the above ^^^^^ (and on the opposite end of denouncing him, voted for him again ) aren't any better than those people at the Capitol.

3. A pledge that includes 'under god' has no business in a government meeting. The U.S. is not a theocracy, and Atheists are just as much Americans as anyone else. Plenty of us who aren't Democrats, aren't Biden voters, and aren't 'on the left', understand this.

Again, the United States is not a theocracy, and having the view that a pledge that includes 'under god' shouldn't be part of a government meeting does not = 'hating your own country'. It also has nothing to do with a political party/doesn't make someone a Democrat.

if you really believe that it does mean that the person hates their country, then you don't understand some of the basis of your own country.

So you want to abolish ”In God We Trust”, and ”so help me, God” from our money and oaths too????

No-one is claiming the USA is a Theocracy, so you could stuff that straw man!!!

It is NOT a secret that today's Democratic Party HATES ITS OWN NATION!

You demented avenger subverted demoralized zombies constantly cry about Nationalism as if it's a BAD thing. What an ABSURD notion!

You've been TAUGHT to HATE your Nation, and sadly YOURSELF and fellow CITIZENS. You bought into this wave of HATRED, so excuse me as I dismiss ANYTHING you have to say.

Get well soon!!!!

Maybe if it were a different enemy nation's pledge, Democrats would then enjoy saying it.
