Los Angeles opens schools campuses, not for students but for film production purposes (children)

I guess with Coronavirus that old film producers on a crowded set is okay, but children going to school is too high risk for Coronavirus.

It seems like with COVID-19 that the old actors, acteresses and film producers are much higher risk of having a severe cause then someone in grade school.

They won't open up the schools so the children have a place to go for several hours a day but they open for film production.
