One thing I learned: the former Presidents have to request said intelligence briefings. I rather thought they were automatic. Anyway, Mr. Trump has not requested such. President Biden was referring to if Mr. Trump made the request.

I doubt he will. Anyway, no doubt Putin has other sources within the government to obtain the needed information.

Yes he did. In Helsinki he publicly sided with Putin over our intelligence community.

Saw this on the news this morning and he said that he doesn't see what purpose providing the briefing would do and that there are people concerned that he won't accidentally mention something that he shouldn't. Considering Trumps conduct I would call him a major security risk...

I agree with you here. He probably would consider them a waste of time, anyway.

I just hope Biden doesn't cry when the next republican president denies him access. He probably values these briefings a lot more than Trump does.

We deserve it. This place really sucks now. I hope we get invaded by Russia.
We’d end up being less communist that way. America needs to crash and burn.
Death to America!
Unfortunately, this is conventional thinking among MAGA nation, and people like Marjorie Green would be happy to see it come to fruition. That is why it is important to hold Trump accountable for his crimes and hold him up as an example of how not to behave when holding the highest office.

Agree that there is absolutely no reason for him to have them.

Not sure why any ex-president needs them unless they are needed to consult on a specific issue.

I didn't know that, but now it makes sense based on the role of former Presidents as advisors. Thanks.

What are they afraid he might find out in those briefings?......something about China?...something about voter fraud?

5 year olds across America should send their intelligence reports to Trump, something that he can comprehend. One page, crayon only please.
