They are hot spots because of the people from blue territories moving there who still will vote blue. These red locations did not become hot because they woke up and smelled the coffee. Lol
Then Why are they moving to red states? If the blue states are so great why didn’t they just stay there?
Because hey moved there to get away from high taxes and will vote for the same policies that caused them to move.
Exactly! Because they once lived in a thriving place because of blue man. The issue here is that blue politics makes real estate very popular which ends up driving up the cost too much. As a result people will naturally move. Supply and demand. Blue people know this which is why they still vote blue. If it weren’t for blue man those blue people wouldn’t have all that capital to drop racks on homes in your red state driving up the cost.

When sometime becomes great it becomes costly. Ever heard of supply and demand? And most blue people don’t have this obsession with political correlation as much as red people do even tho the correlation shows that most red man territory is poor and on federal welfare.
I think you should break it down city by city to prove your point, listing states as a whole really doesn’t help.
Why stop there? How about block-by-block?
Hint: lefties will like the answer even less if we were to do just that. It would bring such clarity that it would require unthinkable contortions to avoid it.

I’ve had a far lower tax burden in WA state than I’ve had in any red state I’ve lived in.
The blue states are our successful economic powerhouses.
Some people move because they can’t afford to live there anymore...because of all the successful capitalism. Simple supply and demand drives housing prices up because so many people want to live there.
The assertion in your second sentence remains to be seen. I haven't seen data on this and I've looked. It would defy basic sociological patterns, though. People tend to conform, and we would expect people moving to conservative areas to grow more conservative in their opinions and voting habits, and vice versa. Regardless, it appears that most of the people who flee blue state dystopias are not in synch with the majority of blue voters from the states they flee. In other words, red states mostly catch moderates and conservatives who have reached their limit with blue state fanaticism.
Cut it out. Post a list of the fastest growing metros in all red states and I guarantee you they are all vastly blue areas lol.

People aren't moving because real estate prices are so high.
