Unlike threads created with namecalling in the title. A simple title and link explaining it is sufficient.

From the link.
- President Joe Biden says China is in for “extreme competition” from the U.S. under his administration, but that the new relationship he wants to forge need not be one of conflict.
- “I know him pretty well,” Biden said in an excerpt of the interview aired Sunday by CBS' “Face the Nation.”
- When they do speak, they will have “a whole lot to talk about,” Biden said.

- Biden appears to be concentrating his initial telephone diplomacy on U.S. allies. He so far has spoken with the leaders of Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Australia and the NATO secretary-general.

- He also worked in a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

- In the interview, Biden described Xi as “very bright” and “very tough” but without “a democratic, small D, bone in his body.”

Biden KNOWING the Chinese leader gives a edge to knowing how the Chinese leader thinks. To use rhetoric and confrontation politics to promote strength is not going to be the default method of maintaining peace though strength and keeping a technological edge.

WE ARE KEY (Corporate America that is who moved so much of our edge to Asia and especially China) in creating the Beast that it now is with 1-billion+people. What we gave them willingly for cheap labor to make products.... is now theirs. They went to Africa and bought and though agreements..... gained the right to some of the world's rarest metals key to making cell-phones and computers in general. We can hate them for it as other Nations once hated us and other world empires who took what they wanted actually.

Clearly also Taiwan is not going to have President Biden abandon them and their fight to have a form of independence, that will not be as a totally free Nation. Still, we cannot just delegate to the most populous Nation on earth what we do not want forced upon us either. China clearly needs the world's energy as it has little oil or gas of its own. Yet that did not stop our corporations from relocating for the cheap and knowing it was a Communist Nation.

So all the demonizing of a China Joe.... is not about just we just sit back and implode from within. We will have to COMPETE with the giant we were key again in creating by our own Capitalist abandoning of the Motherland for cheap labor and now they grew up to have us see the fruit of our own choices.

What? There will be extreme competition among Democratic politicians to get the biggest bribes from China?
Or in the case of Swallwell, the hotest spy?

Just the fact that so many of our allies are very happy that Biden is now the president should tell you all you need to know.

That the fleecing of America can finally continue after a 4 year break.

Biden has been using highly offensive rhetoric.

He just said the highly bigoted "South African Covid strain and the British Covid strain," which clearly puts a stigma on people from those locations and now he is talking about "extreme competition." So offensive and embarrassing on the world stage to have a bully.
