Meh. he doesn't need Twitter, I know it was his preferred method of communication but he's got a big enough following that whatever he says/states will get wide coverage no matter what.
If only there was some way a sitting president could launch some kind of conference where there were TV cameras and be beamed onto every channel available.
Are you saying he should have abused the emergency broadcast system, or are you referring to the networks which deliberately stopped showing his COVID press conferences when they realized his approval ratings were rising due to them? I could respond better if I knew which you were talking about.

He's not a sitting US President and they banned his personal account, not the @POTUS account.
