Nothing to do with redlining and everything to do with govt telling rightful owners what they can do with their own property (again)

In many parts of the country yes, it is an issue, hence Biden's EO because Congress was never going to address situation legislatively.

If you are a trans who passes for a real woman or man, then no people usually don't bother. But for those who don't and or someone drops a quarter on them, then yes discrimination of all sorts does happen.

Same for gays and lesbians; some people just don't like them and if sexuality is obvious won't have anything to do.

In a large housing complex things might be different, but one to three family homes, or where someone is renting out rooms some landlords have problems with LGBT.

Biden does not have the authority to do this. Unlike Trump, he really is acting like a dictator.

Are one or more of the 52 genders more prone to not paying rent or destroying my house?

How widespread? Do you have any data to back it up?

No, but it's out there, do your own research....

It's obviously an issue or Biden wouldn't have taken the bait. There will be more of same coming down the pike as one of Biden's first EO was to order federal agencies to end LGBT discrimination or promote same.

Individual state and local governments have various anti-discrimination laws that cover LGBT, but there's really nothing on federal level. Gays got legal marriage but still could be fired from their jobs, lose out on housing and so forth because they aren't a federal protected class like race, gender, etc... Biden is going to undo this by EO to extent possible.

Obama tried this by expanding "sex" and "gender" which are protected classes to include LGBT. Many of those cases are still working their way through federal courts. This latest action will produce more of same; someone is going to be hauled in by HUD for discrimination who will turn around and sue.....

The world is like a fruitcake.
It would not be complete without a few nuts.

I can envision the day when Men with a chests
standing at border less urinals are met by a
Man with Breasts.......who will then be firmly
shown the door.

Keep it simple..........
Rooster crow. Chickens don't.
