Step 1.
As a former instructor anything outside of the curriculum is grounds for reprimand.
Step 2.
If this is part of the curriculum than then trace and question the source from Federal all the way up to state level.
Step 3.
Communism/ Socialism have no room in America.
It has failed miserably in every country it has been tried.

Private schools have their own agenda with teaching. Believe me they are no different.
THAT is your defense to a teacher teaching black supremacy??
And what agenda, pray tell, do private schools have? I’d say their agenda is to teach their students the basics so that they are prepared for college, and not waste time on social justice nonsense. The school in Philadelphia is the worst school in the city, almost exclusively black and impoverished, and instead of preparing at least the brightest kids to win scholarships to college, she’s teaching them to resent whites and pump black power?
Sounds like she’s preparing her kids to DEMAND whites pay up, rather than preparing them to earn success on their own.
Which of the facts in the article do you dispute? Be specific please.
You can't dispute anything in the article as it's mostly hearsay. I just didn't take it at face value, because I assume City Journal is a viable news source. Although it's conservative leaning, it looks like it has some sense of integrity.
I was a kid in the 70th, but I remember well that Angela Davis was very popular in the Soviet Union.
At that time, Soviet newspapers wrote she was ”a symbol of the struggle of the oppressed black people against bestial imperialism”.

Btw, if they want to celebrate "black communism", imagine the reactions if someone photoshop various photos of Marx, Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Mao, Castro to turn them into black people.

Yup. Schools have been liberal indoctrination camps since way back. I was a teen in the 70s too, and I remember coming home one day to announce to my father that we had some guy named Rennie Davis talk to us. I had never heard of him before, and what he said didn’t really register with me, but wow.... my dad, RIP, hit the roof.
Of course the indoctrination is worse now, and starts earlier.
