if the vaccine works then I am not a threat to anyone vaccinated. they will have protection. it would be easier to prove the vaccine did kill someone than to prove a specific person actually gave someone covid.
That's not how vaccines work. Vaccines don't stop the spread of a virus, just prevents the serious infections. You still can carry a viral load. You can still get sick. More often than not, you are just suffering from a more mild form of the virus. I guess some people forget 7th grade science.

Most vaccines do prevent infection and spread. That is why smallpox has been eradicated and it is why measles and rubella do not circulate in the US.
and there are always other jobs. So work for a different employer not requiring vaccination. Issue solved.
I could see most jobs requiring this. what if it gets so bad you can not enter a grocery store without being vaccinated? should a business require a vaccine to do business with individuals?
the problem can happen when almost all jobs require a vaccine. it could happen.

vaccines have always been known to stop the spread or they are considered broken.

You have the power to change trends you don't like. Start a business and compete.
a conservative could argue it's none of the employers' business whether an employee has been vaccinated or not.
Correct. And we would also argue it's the employer's choice on how to respond. It's very likely that an employer with this requirement would simply not be a match for a candidate who doesn't want to share this information. There's nothing wrong with that.
