He should but are you looking for a crime or do you have any probable cause? I would like to hear your probable causes.

He’s trying to get that legislation passed, even as we speak. That is why he is in Wisconsin.

its funny still no real response to this question by the OP. A simple statement of Crimes and perhaps a little basic legal research to see what Statute was violated? Or Perhaps its the only crime the left really cares about, daring to not bend the knee and follow their commands or else we were Dox you, we will "get in your face", we will boycott you, we will go after your friends, your family and find your place of work. We will send our Storm Troopers to burn your business down and march outside your house. But all you have to do to avoid all this is simply bow down before us.

So you do support investigations into his activity that might have probable cause. That's the point here. Trump has been protected from prosecution due to being a president for years. His administration already has more criminal indictments than any other administration in history. I have faith in our legal system. Trump should not be beyond it just because of who he is. If probably cause is found for actions he took over the last four years, he should face the consequences. No more, no less.

Be careful what you wish for. Get Trump into a courtroom and they'll have to admit evidence that the election was stolen. To prove it wasn't. It hasn't been looked at yet. If the court and jury finds he was indeed the victim of a stolen election, its adios Usurper Joe.

Should they be though? I'm no fan of DJT, but I think this would be setting a bad precedent. Presidents need a certain freedom to perform acts in the national interest that aren't always popular.

Mitch McConnell is begging to prosecute....even though he voted to acquit based on "Constitutional" questions. This speech at 1:24 is giving permission to pursue criminal charges. He wants him out of the GOP.
