I won’t say that he did zero damage. He was, for me, a really unique and magnetic personality. But no way, no how, did he approach Bin Laden’s damage toll.
[quote=Ariadne22;60427196]Good comment on his contribution to country polarization which will, sadly, lead to our destuction:

He has a legacy all right. None of it good.
This really just displays your ignorance about who Rush Limbaugh was. Can't say I'm surprised.
Even though it's a waste of time with you, let me just share this with you. Putting politics aside, Rush Limbaugh was a genuinely good person who cared deeply about everyone he met in life. He had a soft spot for animals, especially cats and then later in life dogs. He didn't speak only about politics, he also talked about life on his show.
The reason I know you never listened to him for any length of time is that if you had, you would never say "none" of his "legacy" is good. There is more to every human being besides their political views. That's why some of my best most cherished friends in this world are liberals. They are wrong about politics but they have other qualities that I love and admire.
Why is it that so many of you left-wingers are incapable of understanding this?
He didn’t force anyone to listen, all anyone would have to do was turn the radio dial, to say he was more destructive then bin Ladin is being totally ridiculous.
Rush spoke the truth and for that, the libs hated him.
