It's even worse when you combine that bill with the current SCOTUS nominee's (KBJ) admission that she/he/whatever can't define what a woman is.

How can it be true that Biden nominated a Black woman when even she/he/whatever has no clue what a woman is? And given that lack of knowledgeable background, how would it even be possible for her/him/whatever to competently adjudicate Title VII and IX cases?
