If he had proof, then that proof would have been turned over to prosecuting attorneys and criminal charges would have been filed. Election fraud is a crime, after all. But no, he doesn't have any proof. Not in his documentary, not in any actual reality. No proof. Which means he is indeed guilty of defamation, and should pay for his actions.
