Under stress words people commonly use in private speech come out in public. He went to form a word, and his mind just used a common word in his vocabulary. If that had been Donald Trump it would be on every station in America non stop.
It is so obvious biden is a closet racist. You can see it in almost everything he says, from poor kids are just as smart as white kids, to black people can't use a computer to get a vaccine.
Deal with it, just like the people who didn't vote for him have to deal with these skyrocketing gas prices.

He spoke fine in the 80's. I challenge anyone to find some old clips of his "stutter". It's like leprechauns. We've all heard of them, but never seen one. I think she is already the president, for all intents and purposes. Based on what I am hearing, when foreign leaders make arrangements to speak to the president, WH staff is literally handing the phone to Kamala. That's not the way this is supposed to work...
