Doesn’t seem like a very liberal thing to do, but what do I know
What do you know? Not much it would appear. Do you even understand the difference between broadcasters, cablecasters and streaming operations, let alone which are under FCC jurisdiction/regulations? The article's author seems similarly clueless. Then again, that isn't the point when the only reason any of this was posted is to play the victim, so I guess Mission Accomplished.
The Democrats don’t want any television news network to air views they don’t agree with.
Wow, who would have thought?
The frightening thing is they are doing it to retain one-party rule. If those on the opposing side are silenced from showing the conservative perspective, and pointing out the dangers of far-left rule, the radical left will continue to win elections and destroy this country.
“An ignorant voter is our best friend.” (Paraphrasing Marcy Sims.) - signed, the Democratic Socialist Party

If the average voter needs Fox News to tell them what to think they have bigger problems than a one-party rule.
Those networks promoted the 'election fraud' lie. We should be unsettled by networks that promoted an attempted overthrow of a legal presidential election.

FOX News doesn’t tell us what to think. They do present information that the leftist media hides. I was shocked to learn how little my liberal relatives knew about various issues, and that’s because they limit themselves to CNN, MSNBC, and the like.
Two House members out of 435 ask a simple albeit misguided and uninformed question.

“Are you planning to continue carrying Fox News, OANN, and Newsmax on your platform both now and beyond the renewal date?” California Reps. Anna G. Eshoo and Jerry McNerney wrote in a letter to the companies.
“If so, why?” they asked.
What's her name in Georgia thinks wildfires are started by space lasers. Does she represent the entire Republican party?

There is always so much misunderstanding on this forum about news, broadcasting, cable the FCC, etc. etc. etc. etc. Mind boggling.
The authors or that article made a couple of factual errors there. But so did Reps. Eshoo and McNerney. They have a right to their opinions, but they really need to know what they're talking about first.
