A high school coach was removed from his position for speaking up against the BLM and Critical Race theory being rammed through our children’s impressionable heads. Clearly, the punishment for expressing a dissenting view of the radical left agenda is swift.

He is now suing.

In today's educational ranks it is deserving of the death penalty. The left cannot survive if it doesn't have its stranglehold on young minds. Between academia and social media, they have accomplished that in a very successful way. As a nation, we have no one else to blame but ourselves for our coming demise.

Suppose he wanted to advocate for Nazism or communism or racism? Do you think any alternative, unAmerican views should be allowed to be rammed through our children's impressionable heads? America may not live up to its ideals, but our children should know what those ideals are and strive to achieve them. They shouldn't be held back by any old views that a teacher might have. Views are not equal.

K12 should be politically neutral and until 9th, politically silent.

The example the coach/dad used to illustrate his unhappiness with the new curriculum was EXTREMELY weak.

Exploring the feelings objectively, of what white people may fear, and what black people may fear when encountering each other on the street is illuminating, and needs to be discussed in public. We NEED to have those conversations to move forward. White people are afraid of young black people who posture aggressively, and black people are afraid of cops. We need each side to hear and understand that.

As a coach in the district, he demanded a "compromise", and he lost. When you give an ultimatum, be prepared for the other person to take the course you offered but hoped they wouldn't choose.

Or maybe he has just as slight bit of common sense and recognizes racist crap when he sees it.

I didn't need OAN to recognize that the "diversity class" I had to take in order to be a substitute teacher was full of the propaganda.

Well the credibility of the group submitting the lawsuit leaves much in question, "Overall, we rate Judicial Watch Questionable based on extreme right-wing bias, promotion of conspiracy theories, and a very poor fact check record."

That said I don't disagree with the parents rights to question but I am wondering if as an employee his public argument didn't go too far, I guess we'll have to see what the courts say seeing its in their court now..

It turns out, he wasn't fired, he simply wasn't re-hired when his contract came up in January.

Looking at his record, at the end of this article, it would be VERY easy to legally justify not rehiring him.

Since 2011, he's had only two winning seasons, and the best was 8-3, many were abysmal, including a 1-10 season.

Good luck, Judicial Watch, in getting this unsuccessful coach back on the payroll.

DHS head football coach David Flynn not re-appointed -
