The decades long battle against racism has largely centered around racism carried out or perpetuated by whites. I believe even the most unbiased observer could admit to that.

The extent and variety of racism is partly geographic. During my 40 years in California, just in the Bay Area there was a lot of racism between Black and White folks in Oakland, but when I lived in Union City, where there were many farm workers in the 1970s it was Hispanic and White. Where I live now, the city of 65,000 is 37% Asian, mostly from India, and I do not see any signs of racism at all, they seem to have assimilated without any problems with the previously "all" White population (88% in 2000).

Only if you live in an area of the US populated predominantly by white people. Example: A high portion of the people in my grad school class (in the US) were of Asian descent. Racism regarding other than white/black issues were discussed very often.

Discussed where? Certainly not in the national conversation which heavily dictates national politics.

I gave my thoughts. I don't see what you're talking about, and the answer to the question posed in the title of this thread is "no". We can agree to disagree if you'd like. All the best to you.
Racism is actually everywhere there is a multi-racial society. There is racism in France, Canada, England and of course in South Africa. There are more whites in America than blacks and whites have historically had much greater wealth. So the main problem now is not so much human/civil rights, but a means to equal wealth. Since there is a mainstream culture, and a well-defined black culture with no sign of that changing, I do not know how equal wealth can ever be attained.
I have an idea. How about wealthier than median white and Asian liberals give their excess wealth to blacks and hispanics, and shut up about wealth inequality and leave the rest of us alone?

That sounds like voluntary Reparations. I predict one day in the future you will involuntarily be paying Reparations. And there isn’t a damn thing you can do to stop it.

Don't forget they do this for two reasons, (1) to deflect their own actual racist guilt by virtue-signalling and (2) as a weapon to silence and club their opponents into submission
So you fight them by (1) exposing them and (2) not apologizing for something you didn't do, refusing to take their bait, and doubling down with the confidence that you are not in the wrong in spite of the angry pitchfork mob at your door (most of which are twitter bots or first year college students)
