I was speaking in reference to gun laws. They've had some of the strictest gun laws in the country for years and it hasn't stopped the shootings. If passing laws worked, there would be no carjackings. But there are, so they have to find another reason to blame for people doing bad things.

lol do you think thugs worry about gun laws? yeah it is hard for law abiding people to get guns here. But thugs here are always very heavily armed including very young kids
