Here in the USA, the land of the Free, the people are NOT ruled over by force. Free people are governed by consent, or you would be the property of other people and not free with liberties.
Freedom = Unlimited choices
Liberty= You choosing for yourself
When government takes choices or chooses for you, there is tyranny. Who are they, your servants, to tell you the individual, what, when, where, why, when, & how to do anything... as long as you do not threaten, harm, or take anyone's Life, Liberty, Property, or Good Reputation?
Government has exceeded it's only authority. To secure and protect your rights, by due process.
The forgotten amendment in the Bill of Rights is the 9th. The one that tells government we will retain all the unenumerated rights, natural & common to mankind's freedom and liberties.
Among those natural rights, is the most important that keeps you free and not the property of others.(the police state)

What rights to private property, land, money etc.?
All that private property vanished years ago when the Chamber of Commerce took over city hall. They declared all business is good and anybody who objects to eminent domain must be a communist. It continues with the wall.

Thats easy....because so many people have allowed themselves to be DUPED by the old 'safety/security' excuse.
All the govt has to do is put the idea out there that these 'tyrannical laws and restrictions' are for the good of the people, (to protect them and their children)...and majority of people will fall for it hook line and sinker.
Look at how many of these laws are justified today...its because of safety/security concerns.

I didn't see a whole lotta consent being displayed by the anti-Constitution anti-American crowd at the gates.
Kids were murdered by the government in Ohio in 1970 for far less.
