I've seen more activity and involvement from our current First Lady in the last 30 days than we ever saw from the previous one in 4 years. As for the "rapid mental decline" that seems to be just in your head and those that follow the former shyster in chief, worry more about the continuing delusions that Trump expressed at CPAC and everyone there believes.

Yes, Jill has been busy buying cookies and putting valentine signs in the yard. Yes she went to Texas with Biden, melania went with Trump to states that had catastrophies too.

I question the thought processes of anyone who believes that Biden's thought processes are fine -- if they actually are fine, he certainly seems to some major trouble presenting those thoughts in an intelligible way.
And as far as respecting the president of the United States, I do not respect ANY president who is a liar, including Trump, and I also don't like hypocrites.
