Dims looking out for the little people...

As someone who's career of over 20 years is spent training people in process industries, including pipelines (some of my biggest clients), I can tell you that there is a huge demand for people with that skillset. The person quoted is either unwilling to work, unwilling to get the qualifications, or just lying. Litterally, companies are spending MILLIONS upskilling their workforce. Demand has never been higher.

Also, in his 7 weeks in office, Joe Biden has not done a single thing to end a job of a current pipeline worker. The Keystone was not operational, so unless this person was a construction worker (different skillset), he is talking about something else.

This post is based on misinformation.

The reason oil jobs are down now (Plant and pipeline workers are STILL in demand) is because oil prices are down. That's a fact. If prices go up, more wells become economical to run, and they get uncapped, and put people to work.

The oil-glut that happened under Trump is largely not his fault, it's mostly due to OPEC, and to reduced demand due to Pandemic. I don't blame Trump for what happened (in this case) on his watch, but you certainly can't blame Biden, he was not the POTUS.

Those born in 1956 turn 65 this year. High water mark of the baby boom. There are going to be so many open jobs that we will be opening the border's.

GDP will be exploding as money will be flowing though the economy.
