Really? Do you read the news? Did you miss the furor over Coca-Cola's diversity training? I work for a large company (nearly 100,000 employees) and we're being told not to use phrases like "blacklist", "blackhat", "male/female" connector, etc. Wokeness is very real and very pervasive. Hiding your head in the sand and pretending it doesn't exist isn't going to help the situation.

Your response would be more productive if you recognized that there are legitimate issues and attempt to understand them.
