I haven't heard of any state that did, but perhaps I missed it.
Currently, OR, WA, CA, Vermont, and??? have legalized it.
Justin Trudeau, with a stroke of the pen, legalized Physician Assisted Suicide nationwide, with the proviso that Americans weren't allowed to go up there for assisted suicide.
And why is it taking so long? Couldn't Trump have done this with an Executive Order like Justin Trudeau?
