That got fixed under Trump. Until enterprising Mexicans stole the concertina wire and put it around their own businesses.
That's why I really hope the US will get down even further. Digging its grave as deep and as fast as possible. Because, clearly, this once admirable (and admired) country has now become a danger to other nations, on top of being a laughingstock.
