What are the odds of a person catching covid from a fully vaccinated person?
It is yet unknown how infectious vaccinated persons are. It is highly unlikely that the vaccinated person will come seriously ill from covid. That is what the vaccine does.

when it's a virus that spreads through the community as covid does, it's not personal anymore - it's collective.

Yeah, no.
You dont keep the healthy and those w/working immune systems from being productive. It falls on those who are at risk to take precautions.

yeah, yes.
when the healthy who catch the virus spread it to others, who ultimately spread it to those at risk, we all become unproductive.

I don't know how your workplace operates, but at the few I've worked at, I was highly encouraged to take a sick day so I do not come in and spread a normal cold around the office. when the cold or flu spreads around the office, a lot of people end up getting sick and then entire departments become unproductive.
I was guilted and shamed a few times to go home when I went in with just the sniffles.

you speak as if there are no consequences for the young and healthy if they catch covid. no, they might not die, but they can still get very ill, and most importantly, they are carriers and spreaders.
the virus then mutates and never goes away and we'll be in perpetual unproductiveness.

wearing a mask to minimize spread is not a huge ask.

You had symptoms, so of course you were told to stay home. Not sure how this contradicts anything I said.

You people don't seem to understand how the "vaccine" works (first, has no Covid 19 in it - so it's not a true vaccine).

You can still contract and spread disease.

The "vaccine" is said to protect you from severe illness or death.

Masks are still necessary to stop the spread of disease.
