Even if they were to announce that fully vaccinated people have a less than 0.0001 percent chance of transmitting or catching the virus, he would still mask up every time he's on camera, either to be a good "role model" or to "virtue signal". I wonder if he always wears the masks when he's with others when the cameras are off.

If those in charge a year ago had listened to the science and worn masks to be a role model, we would probably have tens of thousands fewer deaths. Further, just because one is vaccinated, that does not mean one cannot pass the virus on. I believe it is 5% of those vaccinated do not build up antibodies. That means, if they are exposed (a person with COVID sneezes on them and the virus enters their body) the virus is not nuetralized. Therefore, this person will test positive and can pass it to others--such as others that are not vaccinated. Good news is that clinical trials have shown this 5% contingent does not get as sick and none have had to be hospitalized.
Or, Biden is doing it to signal to the lizard people who are funding the Jewish lazers who have been burning the west coast pedophile ring pizza parlors to keep the truth from coming out. I'm guessing this is what you will believe.
