Trump did not resign when 400,000 died; he did not resign after accused by numerous women of assault. The same standard should apply to both: exile from public life.
I'm sure that's true, and if he did actually try to "destroy" someone for turning him down then of course that's indefensible. Still, I don't think older men should be fried just for flirting with younger women.
First of all someone like Cuomo is well aware of inappropriate workplace conduct yet he thought he was above the law.
Second, women should not have to put up with sexual behavior in any form in the workplace from anyone. Not to mention, many younger women find "flirting" from older men repulsive.
Did you see the picture of the third accuser? She looked like Grandma’s chihuahua when cornered by a toddler, terrified and unsure if it’s going to get a quick pet on the head and then be left alone or have their leg twisted.
It’s not harmless flirting when you have the power to destroy the person if they turn you down. Twenty-something year women do not generally want to kiss a 60-something year old man.
Having the power to harm a subordinate's career, should he/she refuse his alleged advances, isn't the same as actually ruining a subordinates career because his advances were not well received.
In other words, you can't just fill in the blanks about what might have happened if nothing actually did happen.
Having said that, in the #MeToo! era, a time when even the most clearly contrived hearsay accusations are treated as irrefutable fact, for a man in public office to run around hitting on female subordinates (assuming he did) is divorced from reason.
Still, it sure is fun to watch the left eat their own!

Most women won't come forward because they feel they won't be believed and/or nothing will be done about it. This is generally the case for hero figures.

And he knows all of that without question yet did it anyway. The utter arrogance is astounding.
Women are tired of the excuse making especially of older men who think they can slide by because they were raised in a different time. Then get out of the workplace and retire if you cannot adhere to modern standards of behavior, gramps.
I think the same thing and have been wondering why they are doing it. He ticked off some puppet master and they plan on burying him. Not that he doesn’t deserve it, mind you.
The praise he got in the earlier days of Covid was a Left weapon against Trump whith whom the were trying to disparage.
Now that the truth of the results of his Covid policy have come out (besides the fact that many warned of it at it's outset) he is now a liability to the song they sing of how good the Left's response to Covid was in spite of them turning it into a disaster.
