What that tells us is that an argument can be made that the Trump administration was hampering the defenses of the capital building. There could be a lot of threads on that topic alone.

The window on a locked door she popped through was bashed in forcibly. No one has a right to do that. Also, the police are armed, everyone knew that, the police made no attempt to hide their weapons and they are paid to use them. She knew that. She was trying to be some Qrazy hero. No doubt she would have been expecting to brag about how she 'bravely' stormed the building "knowing she could be killed at any time for it". A perfect video for a Parler upload.

What ever happened to all those 'stand your ground' arguments we used to hear from Trumpies? It must be "stand your ground against anyone but us".

A crime is a crime is a crime. There is no excuse for anyone (including the traitors storming the capital) to break windows and climb through with intent to disrupt the people's business or harm the people's representatives.

Maybe she is lucky, she doesn't have to face a court proceeding and jail time for her disgraceful crimes.

She got what she deserved. Insurrectionism isn't a video game. She was an Air Force vet, so she should've understood full well what risks she was taking on by taking part in this.
Correct.
When breeching and entering the capitol, she immediately became a violator.
She was an adult, aware of her mission . She took the risk and received the consequences of her actions.

Those rights do not include entering restricted space.

I remain surprised at the incredible restraint demonstrated by LE on 1/6 at the Capital.

We all love our daughters, her mother and her father have a right to love her unconditionally, but they can't make excuses for that behavior. I don't know about your daughter but my daughter is a decent citizen of good character who would never have stormed the capital building, and she's way too smart to fall for that crazy Q/Trump propaganda.

That was the most disgraceful act ever perpetrated by US citizens at the capital.

How about that guy who zapped himself in the nuts? Nobody wants to call him a hero? What about the lady who got trampled to death while bravely carrying a flag that said "don't tread on me" ... is she a hero?

This is all a dark comedy.

She travelled to DC to engage in her fantasy for 1776. She chose to align herself with the mobs.

The fact that she was shot after warnings while breaking through a window along with the rest of the mob negates any "oh they allowed us in" argument.

This is where I goto the comparisons of a home invasion. In a home invasion, the home owner has the right to use deadly force so long as it isn't premeditated like a booby-trap. A Home Alone situation is illegal but you are allowed to shoot if someone is unlawfully on your property. She and the rest of them were unlawfully on the capitol property and in areas they shouldn't have been in, even on a tour. More should have got shot for St. Peter to sort out at the pearly gates.
