First, I don't know that he is reading from a teleprompter - no way to tell.
Second, other than a brief trip over words, the speech was fine. I didn't hear any "cofefe" or "United Shursh" moments. If this is the worst example you can find, you are really getting desperate.

He don't have dementia. I watched both debates and I watch entire speeches. If you're unable to do that maybe it's your mental status you need to worry about.
