Ted Cruz is an A-Hole who abandons the people he works for during the moments they need him the most. Nobody should be listening to anything this guy says. The only thing they should be doing is voting him right out on his @SS.

So the question is then if the stimulus money is sent out in this situation it goes to the legal SS owner. Most of this is direct deposit and the illegal most likely does not have a bank account.
How do you know it doesn't go to every user of an SSN? And you're wrong about illegals not having bank accounts. They use the exact same stolen ID and SSN to open a bank account. That's why the article I posted included info on identity theft and financial (credit, etc.) fraud.

lol. Good try. I doubt he's lying. This sounds to be true. It's how the left are doing things now and of course the main stream media is lying for them or not reporting these type things. You know it. Good for Cruz for spreading this so people are aware!!!

After HR did some investigating, they found that there were 3 SS numbers that this entire group were sharing. At least that was the story I was told, from an engineer that worked there.
Now, bad on the company for not doing it's due diligence. And another reason why they all should be using something like E-Verify.
Exactly my point - we don't have an efficient way of identifying illegals using fake/stolen SSNs. So how do we exclude them from getting stimulus checks?

E-Verify has admitted it cannot detect identity theft. All it does is verify that there is "a person" who has that identity and SSN, but that isn't necessarily the person who is presenting that info/documents to an employer. Remember, Mollie Tibbett's killer got his job by using a stolen identity and SSN.

Does that make what he said less true? I would say that is a separate issue. I care about the message far more than the messenger.
yup, not a fan of cruz but i'm willing to listen if what he claims is true.
this country needs less partisanship and more truth.

And that it why we need to strengthen our borders, and make sure ICE and DHS have all the funds they need to track down these individuals and ship them back home.
