They're probably threatening Weisselberg by telling him if he doesn't come up with something, anything, then they will go after his family members, for any or no reason, much like when Mueller had threatened Flynn with going after his son.

Then why did Comey go after Hillary Clinton? And then right before the election do an announcement that he had reopened the investigation? If the FBI is out to help Democrats only this would not have happened. Obama was POTUS. Why then did he not make the Clinton investigation disappear?

I doubt anyone really knows the full reason why Comey did that. But, connecting the dots can lead to a pretty good idea of why he'd done it.
Higher ups in the FBI, the dishonest ones like Comey and pals, had decided from the start, before the investigation, to make sure Hillary was innocent. Then, new emails were discovered on Weiner's phone shortly before the election. It's possible that the rank and file within the FBI, the ones who actually do the best job they can, weren't going to sit back and so they may have been making noise within the FBI to pressure Comey into doing the right thing, for once. Comey was probably just trying to save his own hide. Also, many likely thought Hillary was too far ahead of Trump, and they probably figured that her base would stand behind her no matter what, since her base would just think that poor little darling of the left was just being persecuted yet again. If they figured her base would stick by her, no matter what, and that she'd continue to lead Trump then why take the risk of getting caught, like Bill on the tarmac? Besides, if Trump did the unthinkable and won then they had their backup plan, Russian collusion, to take Trump out (and maybe Pence too) so that they could install someone who would play ball, Pelosi.
There was much more going on back then, so the above is pretty much the gist of it.
It's interesting watching all these Trumpers pretend that this is a totally normal occurrence and that they have nothing to worry about.
