If Biden truly does become unfit for office, probably doctors will have to determine when he has to step down in favor of Kamala Harris.

One thing he did ask about was if there was a way to get ultraviolet light inside a sick person. He was derided for that, too. Later on, it turned out that researchers were looking into that possibility.
