They are on emergency approvals where the data used for the approval was from a shorter duration and a more limited scope of testing, I anticipate final approval will come later this years.
Sorry, but I'm not buying it. Especially with the shortage of qualified healthcare workers. Federal law prohibits employers and others from requiring vaccination with a Covid-19 vaccine distributed under an EUA. So if what you are saying is true then they are breaking the law. HIPPA laws are also still in effect during a pandemic.
As I've said the infection rate is irrelevant...to most people. The current government response is the equivalent of tearing down the whole house because of a water leak in the master bathroom. Expensive, time consuming, unnecessary, ineffective and lastly done without any regards to unintended consequences.
No, it's not.
Kindergarten math:
Total number of deaths = mortality rate x total size of the epidemic
The death rate among human beings is 100%, in case you did not know. We are all going to die.
True. I hope it helps you understand, that's so far there had been absolutely no increase in deaths in any vaccinated group compared to what's naturally expected.
In sharp contrast to Covid, which has caused 500k excess deaths in this country alone.
Well, there is the chance you could become infected and infect someone who cannot be vaccinated, or a child. The responsible thing is to get vaccinated.
People who could, but don’t get vaccinated are moochers. They benefit from the herd immunity created by others who do get vaccinated, but refuse to vaccinate themselves. They often talk about their rights—not their civic responsibilities, or the risks even though the risks are few. Many times I think people just don’t like getting shots.
In this vulnerability to covid 19, we as humans really are “in this” together. Covid 19 is no respecter of persons. And there is no knowing if a case of covid will lead to long term disability. I know of no down side to getting a covid vaccine, unless one is in a vulnerable group.
This feels like an abusive relationship. I wore a mask and limited socializing for a year even though I felt safe to do otherwise and I did it to help others feel safer and protect people who are more vulnerable. Now that the vaccine is here, you call me a moocher because I don’t want it. C’mon. I am not relying on others to avoid covid because I have never been worried about catching covid.
