Trump voters thought he should win all 50 states . You can't reason with anytime who thinks "well I saw lots of trump flags on pickup trucks so Trump is popular with everyone". I said it over and over again that caravans of obnoxious trump loyalists would lead to a massive silent majority of democratic voters. I was right. Those caravans did more damage to Trump than anything.
If bumper stickers and yard signs won elections then Bernie would have won the primaries either time. Biden is a relic from another era. He was chosen in the primaries because he had the best chance of beating Trump. Not because he had the Democrat base energized. He did not.
