They can’t require her to wear Mask, they can’t question her about it when she uses the Magic words “ HIPPA LAWS”.
Irrelevant, they can still ask her to leave.

"Brainwashed" what a strange word to describe a business following the recommendations of infectious disease experts.

The bank is private property. The owners can ask anybody to leave, and they have to do it. Otherwise it's trespassing, and they can be arrested.

IOW, property owners can ask people to leave over the stupidest reasons, and make it stick.

Unless they're doing it for racial reasons, there are laws about that. But that aside, they can ask someone to leave if they don't like their face, or the color of their shoes. You don't like it, don't patronize that bank. I wouldn't, because they're being jerks. But they have the legal right to be jerks if they want to in their own property.

BoA is within their legal rights. But it does not make for good public relations to be delivering beatdowns on their customers, especially when they are 65 year old women. If they are smart, they will try to make sure this does not become a pattern.

A lot of people have had enough of the thug tactics by leftists and leftist-run organizations in the name of enforcing conformity and compliance with leftist's arrogant, high-handed ideas of what is "Politically correct".

Again, this is not a good look for Bank of America.

Kibby is completely wrong on this, and you will be as well if you follow Kibby's suggestion.

BoA didn't beat down anyone. They asked someone to leave, and called the police when that person refused to leave. I think it's a great look for BoA, showing that they care about the health and safety of everyone.

What a strong/feisty 65 year old. And I doubt she broke her foot.
You see strength. I see whack job, kind of like the woman who had to be physically removed from a flight for her failure to wear a mask.

Businesses have every right to deny entry/ service to people who choos to not abide by their requirements, so long as they treat all patrons alike.

Nothing to do with BoA. All to do with this woman’s insistence the bank’s riulesdid not apply to her.

She could have chosen to use an ATM, if she did not want to be inconvenienced by a mask.
