My take...

She has to quickly change the subject from the Oprah interview as it was a disaster for them. Their favorability ratings dropped like a stone.

Though if she really did decide to run..Sadly the democrats would have no problem with her. Look what they put in office now!

I would say that she couldn't be elected for county dog catcher.... but then again the democrats 'voted' in an incompetent and sick man in Joe Biden.... so anything's possible.

Meghan Markle reportedly networking with Democrats, eyes bid for US president

This is obviously a nonsense article. Pure tabloid BS.

Some people would believe anything, and those that don't believe the nonsense are just as happy to spread it around.

Markle would have to give up her titles if she were to run for President.

Titled members of the Royal family are not permitted to engage in politics.

The US oath of allegiance would also be contrary to her royal title, and therefore unconstitutional in the US.

As Head of State The Queen has to remain strictly neutral with respect to political matters, unable to vote or stand for election, however Her Majesty does have important ceremonial and formal roles in relation to the government of the UK.

Although not prohibited by law, it is considered unconstitutional for the Monarch to vote in an election.

The Queen must officially maintain her apolitical position, and whilst the rest of the family are not in the same position as the Monarch they do follow similar rules in relation to being politically neutral.

As a titled member of the Royals 'Meghan Markle' running for office would break UK Constitutional rules and would be unconstitutional in the US.

This separation of royalty and politics goes all the way back to the English Civil War and Restoration of the Monarchy, whilst the US fought a War if Independence against Britain.

The idea of Americans being ruled by British Royalty (Harry is sixth in the line of succession to the British throne) would not going to go down well with many Americans, and I would not blame them for not being happy in such circumstances.

I’m not usually one to gripe about the validity of a website as a source, but Page Six? You may as well post an article about how Meghan’s kids are really fathered by space bats.
