He was salivating over a complete browning of Calif. via illegal immigration. Whites are already the minority in this state. Many so-called brown Californians are also looking forward to more of their kind in Calif. via illegal immigration and high birthrates.

People of all races and lots of Democrats signed the recall petition. It wasn't about race but his Covid policies which proved to be a FAILURE. Closing own outdoor dining and salons and banning outdoor social gatherings actually led to an increase in Covid cases over winter as it forced people to gather indoors and the salons to go to people's homes to do haircuts where there's no regulation.
