Putin wins if Biden chickens out (the most likely scenario) and he wins if Biden agrees to get *****-slapped on live TV.

Just odd.
It's apparently become a thing and not just between Russia and America. Many nations are sounding off using words such as inappropriate, uncouth, undiplomatic, destructive and as a fact unprecedented, which I guess it is. Russians as a whole are pissed off about this.

The thing for me is a president IS NOT meant fan flames. They don't create conflicts and obstruct relationships between countries. Presidents are supposed to create relationships and put out fires.

This is disturbing because it seems the mad dogs in American politics are out of control, there's no competent intelligent people in charge. The playground punks are running the show not the adults.

Was it when he actually armed the Ukrainians instead of just giving them blankets and teddy bears?
Was it when he put tough sanctions on them?
was it when he armed the poles?
Was it when he extended NATO operations?
Was it when he denounced Russia’s continued support for the Maduro regime in Venezuela?
Was it when he condemned Russia’s decision to grant expedited citizenship to residents of Russia-controlled eastern Ukraine?
Was it when he condemned Russian offensive operations against northern Hama and southern Idlib in Syria?

Was it when he suspended our obligations under the 1987 Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty because Russia was not complying with it.

Was it when he refuted Russia’s and the Assad regime’s false accusations that the opposition and extremist groups conducted a chlorine attack in northwestern Aleppo.

Was it when he issued a joint statement with France, Germany, Canada, and the United Kingdom, reiterating its outrage at the use of a chemical nerve agent in Salisbury and expressing full confidence in the British assessment that the suspects were officers of the Russian military intelligence service (GRU).
Was it when he restricted remaining sources of foreign assistance and arms sales to Russia, and deny U.S. credit to Russia, including through the Export-Import Bank. Restrictions would also prohibit the export of security-sensitive goods and technology.

Was it when 48 Russian intelligence officers from the Russian embassy in Washington were expelled, and the Russian consulate in Seattle was ordered to close, in response to the Skripal poisoning in the United Kingdom.

Was it when 52 people and entities from Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and elsewhere were sanctioned for alleged human rights violations and corruption.

Was it when he banned the use of Kaspersky Labs software on government computers due to Kaspersky’s ties to Russian intelligence services.

Okay, there's just too many to list...please feel free to elaborate on your false claim though...

This is all about it.

The challenge, if real, is not worthy of a response.
Why not? Biden insults Putin (I'm quite sure those were fighting words for a Russian) but can't back it up?

Oh, that would be hilarious - a live debate between two people speaking different languages. A good example of an insanely dumb proposal that no one would take.

Having Biden as POTUS is like walking into battle butt naked and without a weapon. It's the definition of insanity, and yet, it is our daily reality and state of being in the USA. Pretty much any leader of any country anywhere in the world could annihilate this guy in a debate, and make it look easy... Because it is easy.
