No tax and small and limited government, as the founding fathers intended. As in microscopic government. So small in fact, that we would ask if it even exists at all.

Most of your list is the business of states. States can do their own funding instead of always having their hands in the federal pocket.
I used to endorse a flat tax because I don't think there's any reason why any American should pay a higher or lower percentage of their income in taxes than any other American.
But now, I don't think taxation is necessary at all anymore.

I meant those crimes are state and local. Sorry for wording it so badly. But we once worked for an AG who was running for governor. He answered a question about arresting major drug dealers with 'if he arrested them, he would be going after most of the current governors friends'.
Would there be any exemptions? I usually pay 3-5000 a year in state and city sales taxes. More if we buy a car.
Under your plan will truly low income people get any exemptions? Will food and utilities be exempt? Clothing under x dollars? Low income would be paying a larger percentage of their income in consumption taxes.
